We, PT Bozz Online Solusindo, a limited liability company established under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia (hereinafter referred to as “PayrollBozz” or “We”).
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and PayrollBozz, to govern the terms and conditions for your use of PayrollBozz Services. In these Terms, PayrollBozz Services means the sale and provision of a feature, technology, object, product, software, hardware, and other products, services, or functions provided by such product or service by PayrollBozz, including the PayrollBozz application. Mobile ioS and Android (“Application”) and member site payrollbozz.com (“Website”) (collectively, the “Services”).
Individuals or organizations that are bound by these Terms as users of the Services, including all individual users who access the Services on behalf of those individuals (collectively, “you” or “Users”).
PayrollBozz grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the Service (depending on your account type) in accordance with these Terms.
You are required to read the Terms from time to time. By accessing or using the service, such action is considered as your agreement and acceptance of our Terms, thus, you agree to be bound by every rule set forth in our Terms. If you do not agree with a term or rule in these Terms, please stop using the Service.
All rights not expressly granted to the User in these Terms are owned by PayrollBozz.

From time to time, we may add, make changes to, or remove all features or functions in the Service. If you use the Application, you may need to install a new or updated version before you can benefit from the changes. We may also decide to discontinue providing all or part of the Service at any time, and nothing in these Terms is to be construed as a guarantee that the Service will continue to be available, whether in its current form or in any other form, or that we will support, maintain or continue to offer the Service, or any version of the Service. Your use of the Service will always be governed by and subject to the updated Terms, regardless of the addition, change, or adjustment of the Service. For the avoidance of doubt, additions, changes, or adjustments to the Service do not invalidate these Terms, unless expressly stated by PayrollBozz.
4. Account Information
You must be (i) an individual resident who is at least 18 years of age or has been married and has the legal capacity to enter into a valid agreement; or (ii) a legal entity that is legally established under the laws of the relevant jurisdiction and has legal domicile, which is represented by a legal representative and has the legal capacity to enter into a valid agreement, in particular related to the rules related to the Service, to access and use the Service. You agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete account information during the registration process, and will continue to maintain and promptly update account information to ensure that account information remains true, accurate, current and complete. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use a credit card, debit card, or other payment method that you use in connection with the Service.
Please note that if you fall into category number (ii) and are in the capacity to act for and on behalf of a legal entity, you must obtain the necessary approvals from that legal entity and from other relevant third parties in connection with the use of and liability for (i) your actions in connection with the Service; (ii) fees associated with the use of the Service; and (iii) your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By continuing to use and/or use the Service, we assume that you have obtained all necessary and authorized consents to access the Service.
5. Fees and Taxes
The subscription fee for the use of the Service is as stated on the Website (“Fees”) and is subject to change. We will endeavor to give you notice (by email or by displaying a message the next time you use the Service) at least 30 days before changing the Fee. Fees are non-refundable, including if you use only part of your monthly or annual subscription to the Service. Except as required by law and a valid and binding court decision in the competent jurisdiction, we will not provide a refund of the Service Fee in connection with the termination of the Service by you or PayrollBozz, in connection with these Terms.
If you use a free trial of the Service (as offered in the Website or Application), the free trial will start on the day your account is opened and end 7 days later. If you wish to continue using the Service after the end of the free trial period, you must pay a Fee.
All Fees are excluding taxes, and you warrant and hold harmless PayrollBozz from any claim from any tax authority for any underpayment of sales, use, goods and services taxes, value added taxes or other taxes or levies, and any penalties and/or interest.
6. Permitted Use Policy
PayrollBozz reserves the right to determine whether a user is qualified and acceptable to use the Service. In any event, PayrollBozz may prohibit, prevent, or cancel access to the Service at any time, to any user, for reasonable reasons, which is solely at PayrollBozz’s discretion without any obligation for PayrollBozz to disclose or explain to any party.
You are fully responsible for the use of the Service in a reasonable manner and agree not to hold PayrollBozz liable for any claims, losses, and/or losses in connection with the use of the Service. Without Limitation, you agree that you will not associate the Service with any activity that may be considered, including but not limited to, as:
- Infringe or violate the intellectual property rights of others;
- Violate the publication rights or privacy rights of others;
- Illegal or encouraging or in connection with, directly or indirectly, any illegal act;
- Contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, manipulate, destroy, or limit the functionality of any software or hardware of any computer or telecommunications equipment;
- Sell use, access, or reproduce the Service to any third party; and/or
- A fraud, deceptive, or misleading in any way.
With an indication of a violation of the justified use policy, PayrollBozz has the right to terminate the provision of the Service and cancel the account, without any obligation to refund, replace, or repay the subscription fee and/or to be responsible for any compensation in any form, or to impose restrictions on your use of the Service. Where possible, we will endeavor to provide 24-hour advance notice and request that your usage be reduced prior to imposing any restrictions. Apart from this, PayrollBozz reserves the right to make any reports to the competent government institutions and law enforcement agencies regarding any indication of violation, as relevant.
7. Account Cancellation
PayrollBozz may cancel or suspend your account at any time if, at our sole discretion, you have committed a material or repeated violation of these Terms or any other provisions that apply to your use of the Service.
You have the right to cancel your account with PayrollBozz at any time. You can cancel your account by following the instructions when you log into your account via the Application or Website. If you cancel your account before the expiration of your monthly or annual subscription, your account cancellation will take effect immediately and you will not have the right to a refund of any Fees that have been paid in advance (unless We agree otherwise).
If your Account is cancelled: (a) your account will be deactivated or deleted; (b) all rights granted under these Terms will terminate immediately; and (c) we may (but are not obligated to) delete account information and data stored on our servers. We are also not liable to you or any third party for compensation, replacement, or loss in connection with the termination or suspension of services, or for the deletion of your account information or data. It is your responsibility to ensure that any content and data you require is backed up or duplicated prior to cancellation.
We are not responsible for any loss or damage following, or as a result of, the cancellation of your account, and it is your responsibility to ensure that any content and data you require is backed up or duplicated prior to cancellation.
For the purposes of termination, you and we agree to waive the provisions of Article 1266 of the Indonesian Civil Code, so that the termination of these Terms will take effect without having to obtain the approval or decision of any court or institution within the territory of the Republic of Indonesia.
9. Our Liability is Limited
To the extent permitted by law, PayrollBozz is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, continuing or typical damages, including but not limited to, losses for lost profits, business, goodwill, use, data or other intangible loss (even if PayrollBozz is aware of the possibility of such loss), resulting from: (a) the use or inability to use the Service (in whole or in part) or any technical malfunction: (b) the cost of procuring replacement goods and services; (c) unauthorized access to, or alteration of, your communications or data; (d) third party statements or actions with respect to the Service; (e) other matters relating to the Service; (f) your breach of these Terms; (g) claims for infringement of copyright, trademark, trade secret or other third party intellectual property rights, publication rights, privacy rights, or defamation; (h) your breach of any applicable law or any agreement regarding terms with a third party, to which you are bound; and/or (i) other matters relating to the Service and your access and use of the Service.
In any event, PayrollBozz’s maximum overall liability under or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Service is limited to the amount of Fees you paid within the last 12 months.
10. You are Responsible for Use of the Service and You Will Indemnify Us
You are responsible for all activities resulting from the use of the Service through your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. PayrollBozz is not responsible for any loss or damage that may result from any failure to keep usernames and passwords secure.
Furthermore, PayrollBozz is not responsible for any personal data and data security risks related to access to third party sites linked to or from the Service. In that case, PayrollBozz will be released from liability for any damage or loss arising from access to the link, including but not limited to any damage or loss related to viruses, spyware, malware, worms, trojans, damages, bugs, or losses. any other. You agree that PayrollBozz is not responsible, directly or indirectly, for any damage and loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or relying on any content, goods or services available on or through such sites or resources. You will indemnify PayrollBozz against all forms of responsibility, action, legal process requests, costs, expenses, and expenses that PayrollBozz may incur or suffer as a result of using the Service through your account or as a result of your failure to comply with these Terms.
11. Prohibition of Criminal or Illegal Use
You are prohibited from: (a) using the Service in an unlawful manner, for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose, or in any way inconsistent with these Terms; (b) violate our or any third party’s intellectual property rights in connection with your use of the Service; (c) transmit any material that is derogatory, insulting or otherwise objectionable in connection with your use of the Service; (d) Use the Service in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, disable or interfere with our systems or security or interfere with other users; (e) obtain or collect any information or data from our services or systems or attempt to decipher any transmission to or from our servers running any Services; (f) disclose or distribute information regarding other Users of the Service to any third party, or use any other User’s information for marketing purposes unless you have obtained express consent to do so; or (g) access or register User logins via bots or other automated methods.
12. Intellectual property rights
You agree that the content and all other materials contained in the Service, including, without limitation copyright and other intellectual property rights in the artwork, graphics, photography, text, video and sound footage, trademarks and logos on the Site ( collectively referred to as “Content”) is owned by PayrollBozz. You agree not to object to or do anything that is inconsistent with such ownership. You may not copy, reproduce, reuse, retransmit, adapt, announce, display, load, upload, share, modify, broadcast, or create derivative works of the Content in any way, including for any public or commercial purposes without written consent from PayrollBozz. You are not licensed with the Content contained on the Site. At its sole discretion, PayrollBozz, PayrollBozz’s affiliated parties or PayrollBozz’s licensors may make efforts to exercise their intellectual property rights to the fullest extent permitted by law, including to carry out criminal justice processes.
You grant PayrollBozz, its subsidiaries, affiliates and successors the right of PayrollBozz a royalty-free, irrevocable and perpetual right (including for commercial purposes) to use the information and/or data that PayrollBozz obtains through your use of the Service, by the provision that we will aggregate or anonymize such information or data before using it.
In addition, you grant PayrollBozz, its subsidiaries, affiliates and successors the rights of PayrollBozz a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid, transferable and sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt , publish, create derivative works from, distribute, perform in public, and publicly announce your content around the world in any media to provide and promote the Service, to the extent permitted by law.
Apart from these rights, PayrollBozz does not claim any intellectual property rights in relation to the information and content that you enter into the service.
You can provide us with comments, feedback, or suggestions in relation to the Service, and you agree that we are free to use, modify, and provide such suggestions without any obligation to you.
You agree to allow us to contact you via email (or unless otherwise stated by you) and deliver advertisements, marketing materials, new information, newspapers, notices and other information to you through the contact address you provided to us during registration and /or other contact addresses from time to time.
In the event that any rule in these Terms is deemed unenforceable or invalid by the competent authority, the provision will be amended to be enforceable in connection with the intent of the original text to the extent permitted by applicable law. The enforceability and enforcement of any other provisions of these Terms will not be affected.
In the event that any rule in these Terms violates or conflicts with any agreement/policy or other arrangements, the rules in these Terms will apply and override any previously existing agreements/policies or other arrangements.
These provisions are governed by the laws of Indonesia and we and you have agreed that all disputes regarding the applicability of these Terms will be resolved amicably or through the exclusive jurisdiction of the Jakarta District Court.
